History shows they produce growth but nothing to get excited about

Of note is we are not in a recession when a DEMAND side tax cut would make a major difference

A concern of the market - when we hit the cyclical recession (not avoidable) - what do we do then as we just gave away 1.5 Trillion dollars with this supply side cut

Please explain why this is a supply side tax cut.
