They acquired 4 acres, a greenhouse, equipment, hired some new LARGE SCALE grow talent that might have took some stock (good thing= motivation), they have been clearing out some older debts, etc

Not much diluton anymore though... All small companies issue shares to grow, its what it achieves that matters most.

Per the last PR: LiveWire expects that it may have to raise additional working capital to support its rapid expansion plans, but is focused on non-toxic structures for any future financial vehicles with minimum dilution for existing shareholders.

... and it trades like theres no dilution, even after the recent gain

With mass dilution its easy to get size on a penny stock, for obvious reasons... but when a company is trying hard not to dilute, along with friends/family holding a chunk of the float at .20-30 (Per Bill/CEO), it can have a powerful effect once a large group of new investors find it and plan to hold for months, allowing the business plan to unfold.

We are at that point now imo... Insider and people close to them have no reason to sell quantity at these prices and some of the traders that bought sub pennies (at super deflated levels) have already taken profits and/or plan to hold until the business plan is in place.

These are the indicators of a tightening float and when the masses come rushing in, we will see a significant gain imo.
