Who ever controls that, controls NTEK

If not, Davie actually retained Control
The whole time,

We know their Disclosure has been lacking
(As in All scam)

Some day I would not be surprised to see most,
If not all, of NTEKs disclosure rewritten

We know the Financials were bogus
21m that didn't belong
Lawsuits not disclosed
And now Davies Felony

SEC has a funny way of just saying "Fix It"
And They may have been in touch considering the Caveat
