Okay but there is little or no reason to believe this Tammy Bourne is related to Joseph or Steven Bourne (PMEA & SEIL CEO's).
I suppose it is possible but it is a stretch. I have to compliment you, however, on your finding of this company's registration. I have sent Phil Kiner an e-mail asking about P&M. I will post any info I get if he replies.
