Why can’t he provide a simple letter to shareholders providing some sort of update? He doesn’t have to mention the parties involved....just simply state when we might expect updates filings.... they are in negotiations for a merger etc....
This is why he is failing in his role as CEO. Wtf does he do all day? He most certainly has another full time job because he can’t be making shit here.
He has absolutely nothing to help shareholders in over a year....time for him to be replaced.
