That is true. It's all in the recent TMPS filings. TMPS is out of shares. To exercise more of GHS Investments Puts, TMPS has to increase the A/S. They already exceeded the max of 100,000,000 shares by nearly 2,500,000 shares or nearly 2.5% without even the façade of a vote from TMPS shareholders for such increase in A/S.

TMPS has just moved it's HQ to Dilution City, VA.
