It’s not news - as it is normal course of business. the company has moved on from a low profit, family run distributor in 16 to a very different company that is more complex, more brand led, and global that needs different skill sets and people. they are clearly not afraid to make tough choices.
NJM, Thanks for your thoughts on the Lebon departures. Maybe next conference call, Willis should be asked to clarify what happened. I remember much celebration from the company and investors when it was announced that the Lebons were staying on with the new company (as a vote of confidence if nothing else).
