Early frost was always a problem every time we grew outdoors. Im in Montana so our weather is that of Canadas, but im not sure where your putting your 200 Acre field of dreams. There are sooo many variables and things that can go wrong in an uncontrollable atmosphere. I doubt any of it will make the cut to be sold to consumers, To many fertilizers and pesticides ect..... Anyway dont let us chit on your dreams.
