Could the share accumulation be caused by the need of shareholders? If Stervc's assessment of PEDE's game plan (post #8955) to position for a major exchange is correct, then there is more criteria to be met than just the $4/share he mentioned...they need 400 shareholders. Of course other financial requirements must be met as well, but the shareholder count is a primary goal. Have you noticed that the number of shareholders previously listed at 75 is no longer present in the company's specs? Did the PPS go down to about .03 so shareholders of the company's choosing could buy the stock for cheap...I know I did. With scant information from this company, all this is a merely "what if". I totally agree with Stervc on something big going on and time will tell if, how, why and when. IMO

Initial Listing
To qualify for listing on the NYSE, a company must have at least 400 shareholders, with at least 1.1 million shares available to the public and a market value of the public shares of at least $40 million. Each stock must have a minimum value of $4 at the time of listing.
