SANP said, in their 3rd Qtr filing, they were changing the Podwerks model, wanted to broker Pods, they also said they were doing a licensing/royalty arrangement. So, I don’t think Bitmain/CP are looking to merge but rather be a vendor to SANP who brokers ENVION’s MMUs.
