Sounds like it could be another deal like LPC for financing. Way too early for acquisition. Could be a financing deal for upcoming approval. In this case additional financing could be good or it could be an abysmal failure if Elite decides to forgo a partner and go it alone.

Funny thing about your post regarding LAFC. When I googled it, it brought me to a post on IHUB regarding ICLD last year. The person who posted it, posted on Feb 9th 2017 when the price was roughly .30 cents. On March 13th the price spiked to 1.36 when the company filed their 10-k. What does it have to do with ELTP? Could be absolutely nothing. Could also be that LAFC as a market maker is the catalyst that rocket fuel is made of.... :-) Tick, tick, tick. Countdown to ignition.
