Well if you go back to Sals previous comments.

They never address taking on new clients.

Fact that Samantha is asking Greg and Sal for their opinion on new clients. Makes it seem like Sal has been involved already.

They just don't want to make it official. But he is also her husband so hard to know for sure.

But also the whole idea is to make it look like Sal is from UHLN. Not EF.

Then they merge together.

Or Sal has his own franchise play to himself which we have yet to know about.

Hopefully we get some confirmation soon.
