How come NTEK put the $21,000,000 on their financials as a receivable, even as they admitted that "due diligence" on the "loan" was still ongoing, if the lending company does not exist ????

By-the-by, what's the interest rate and the maturity date on this putative loan that DF assures us is NOT convertible ?
