Well, I'm glad that an address has been provided in this PR. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for the moment. A previous PR stated that they were entering a new lease on an existing building. I am not overly concerned about who may have been previously occupying the building. I will presume it to be empty for the time being. I will do what I can to confirm this new info.
I have set up for trade shows at the Augusta Civic Center many times in the past. An easy drive for me from my NH location. We'll see what I can do about confirmation.
