Why would they reverse split and buy back shares at the same time? Doesn't that seem counterproductive?
This company is generating revenues due to the recent acquisition of Hopp Company. They are putting that revenue back into their own company to reduce share count and build value, retire debt, and up-list to OTCQB.
How are they diluting when they themselves are buying back there own shares? I understand a possible reverse split to get the share price to the .01 levels for an up list but that wouldn’t help them stay there for the 30 day required period. Dilution doesn’t fit what is happening.
