MMs are not going to tie up $4 million in capital on a stock like ADXS. Why do that when a few 100 share fake orders can drive the price down almost completely erasing gains?
They need to come up with 1 million shares today....they will, at their price.

MM’s are almost certainly very short. They have negative inventory.
