As a direct result of Defendant's breach of its agreement,
Plaintiff suffered substantial monetary damages and loss of value in its stock. Plaintiff defaulted on its debt obligations as a direct result of the breach and was forced to incur additional debt and pay penalties to its various lenders. Defendant's egregious conduct basically destroyed a small NASDAQ company causing its delisting and resulting in millions of dollars of lost market cap.
