our hope is of course , the recent uplift in PXP 600+% in the last 4/5 months is down to the fact something is close in terms of an agreement /lifting of moratorium.Rod has said very recently he was ok to lift moratorium. Cayateno has held discussions within govt and legal eagles and has said that a 50/50 JV can be struck and be within the law even though the PI have typically a 60/40 foreign ownership law.And Manny says discussions have been held with CNOOC and are largely in place, we are just waiting for the govts....................lets hope 2018 is our year
