I have seen Leo operate for last 4 years and know how to interpret his PRs - most of the times interpretation has come true

In trial world nothing is quick as you mention - even current trial was supposed to be quick - complete in few months as only 10 or odd patients - do you know if even 5 patients are enrolled after 9+ months? No

Go with past experience and the slow speed of work and you will get 3 years to reach P2 for trial

And lets not forget that a successful reformulation to oral would reset the Kevetrin patent clock to zero. It doesn't get better than that!
