Well the one thing we know for sure is that they have been working on a deal for a working relationship and they wouldn't have a webcast to call it off they would just do a press release. So I'm pretty sure that's a done deal, but we get to learn the details tomorrow. So I'm still calling for $5 or above tomorrow.
