Yes, Obama was a centrist, and conservative economically. he did not do much to end inequality.

The tax bill will, with bonuses and pay raises, maybe have 5% go to the bottom 50% of the income/wealth population, and about 90% will go to the top 10% of the population, and over half of that will go to the top .1%, or one in a thousand, of the population.

That is a massive increase in inequality
