Insiders locked up their shares cause some company is going to buy trtc for thousands of percent premium. Why else did it go up today and the others go down is a good question to ask the board as short interest disappears.....
As people buy a Blumin hand roll and see a trtc ticker and buy some stock cause like the product costs less a share than what about to smoke.
