I have no beef with the company issuing 144 restricted stock. My worry was that they were issuing free trading shares (or converting them from some form of note or preferred share) while issuing PRs to keep the price alive. Most companies legitimately issue restricted shares, so it makes me feel comfortable.

But, even when I was feeling uncomfortable, I picked up another 150,000 shares at .01 even. I tried to get some at .009, but didn't get them.
