Shanghai Pharma is the wrong company though as numbers has so graciously pointed out...so there is still a plethora of questions to be answered on what exactly Dr. Odidi has cooking for IPCI in China.

So far all we know the facts to be are this:

1. Shanghai Yunfeng Pharmaceuticals is a Chinese based company that drives $2M in per annum revs
2. Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai appears to be a Chinese based company that Dr. Odidi may have founded in May 2017 that Chinese articles list him as the founder, chairman and lead scientist of.
3. Over this past weekend a contract was reached between Shanghai Yunfeng Pharmaceuticals and Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai
4. The contract suggests that Shanghai Yunfeng Pharmaceuticals is a distributor and Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai is a manufacturer.
5. Although IPCI including their logo were listed on the billboard in the background of the Shanghai Yunfeng Pharmaceuticals/Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai contract signing and photo-op...todays IPCI PR simply states that IPCI has just recently visited China and discussions toward establishing a partnership to facilitate future development activities are ongoing.

So we need more material news from IPCI to provide some much needed clarity on Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai and confirmation on if that is in fact Dr. Odidi's China based manufacturing company as the China based articles state. We also need clarity on how a potential partnership deal with IPCI, Shanghai Yunfeng Pharmaceuticals and Smart Pharmaceuticals would all work. It would've been better if todays IPCI PR at least acknowledged whether or not Dr. Odidi did in fact found that China based manufacturing company as it appears is this case...but clearly we're gonna have to wait because no official deals have been signed with IPCI yet.
