There are only 2 US brokers that alow shorting a penny stock, and they have to go offshore to get the shares. Canada can short them, and I think the Bahamas. When Clay puts up a chart, it is easy to see that a drop is coming and it is topheavy. Anyone could make those calls.

I would think people thet paid him for his class or whatever use it for the big boards.
