Kentucky is an interesting state. In 2014 I was thinking they would be one of the leaders in hemp and maybe medical mj. Now, I don’t see why they don’t legalize it across all fronts as the tobacco industry is a shell of what it once was. Hemp and now mj could be the catalyst to turn around the economy of Kentucky.
