Unless a remote near term buy out or partnership, financing at the best price possible is a primary goal.
As to timing, I am just sticking to if a minimum $7 million net does not go to company, the company is just continuing the floundering whereby Simpson is an under achiever on the financial side.
Even if $7 million plus, I doubt if we reach 10 cents before the next financing, but if it is at 5 cents that would be superb.
