495k wasn't paid by shares. We paid for the brewhouse assets with shares.

I believe the 495 is Kevin's portion which is unpaid. The fact it's still unpaid leads me to believe that Kevin is out and we wholly own it now.

UPZS even says it's wholly owned by us on their site.
