To add - WDDD is a NPE BY FACT

I have explained this in the past and people's objections to this fact does not change this fact nor the factors that define a NPE

You assertion that WDDD is an NPE is also not correct. If you will go back thru the years worth of notes several of us have and that are available to all that complete due diligence; you too will realize that this is false. I am sure it was just a human error on your part and not intentional.

The term Non Practising Entities or NPE is used for individual inventors, universities, both small and large patent aggregators who did not commercialize their patents and their primary purpose is to enforce their patents through licenses or litigation. Primarily the term NPE is used for individual inventors and universities who did practise or commercialize their inventions on their own. NPE’s are also termed as ‘patent troll’ who’s one and only purpose is to grab patents and use them against companies which manufacture similar products. Patent troll is a negative and controversial term.

Primary functions of the non practising entities are as follows:

A non-practising entity (NPE) hold’s the patents but do not manufacture products based on patents;

Buys patent portfolio from one company in order to sue another company by claiming that one of its patent is being infringed;

Enforces patent rights through licenses or litigation for individual inventors who do not use patented inventions;

NPEs sole agenda is to enforce patent rights with using those patents themselves

1. WDDD has one employee - Kidrin and a contract CFO

2. These people do not develop products for tech commercialization

3. They have no R&D staff nor any technical (programming) staff

4. They are simply trying to sue for patents they own

If you cannot accept this FACT that is your issue, or others who cannot accept it

The absurdity to suggest that WDDD is not a NPE is beyond words

Finally from WDDD's quarterly they define themselves as a NPE as per the above sir - try reading the company information and doing research before you suggest others are 'wrong'

Description of Business


On May 16, 2011, the Company transferred, through a spin-off to its then wholly owned subsidiary, Worlds Online Inc. (currently called MariMed Inc.), the majority of its operations and related operational assets. The Company retained its patent portfolio which it intends to continue to increase and to more aggressively enforce against alleged infringers. The Company also entered into a License Agreement with Worlds Online Inc. to sublicense its patented technologies.

As one can see from the description of the business there is no 'development, or use of the patents to create products'
