Credo Ventures owns a Sports Pub in Murrieta California under the name TAP HOUSE SPORTS GRILL.

Yes UPZS owns 50% of this company.
They borrowed $495,000 for there 50%, from the other partners Mother.

This promissory note was signed on Oct. 17 2015.

UPZS has NOT paid one dime on this note.
