It is illegal to sell PFSD shares. A few people that owned CMKX tried that; to their regret. Shareholders should be banding together, appoint a committee and get an opinion from a GOOD securities attorney about what legal avenues, if any, can be pursued.
Shareholders do have rights and, IMO, the CEO has committed malfeasance, at the least.
