"It doesn't matter what kind of turbine it is too lbcb"

What are you talking about? Look at the post he replied to. I am the one that showed you guys that a VAWT could be certified when someone claimed there was a "different" certification and that is why Sauer wasn't on the list:

http://smallwindcertification.org/for-applicants/faqs/

Someone asked once if VAWTS were certified by the same place:

Can vertical axis or building-mounted turbines apply for certification?

Yes. The SWCC follows the scope of eligibility as defined in the IEC Standards which apply to electricity-producing wind turbines of all types.

The website shows the steps to certification. It still amazes me people can't grasp that they were blatantly lied to and there has never been any attempt to begin the certification process.

"he's tricked everybody with Turbines from China"

The Bill of Lading clearly shows "Wind Turbines" being bought from China. I have given you the link to the import documents many times. There are several sources for import documents. Anybody can pick the one of their choice and confirm for themselves Sauer Energy bought 6 wind turbines and 6 towers from China last summer. They lined up the 6 units in a picture on Facebook right after they were delivered and claimed they were rolling off their manufacturing line. This blatant fraud is hilarious if it weren't so sad.
