Yea saw this, been reading the BVTK board a bit since a connection emerged. This is good stuff, VICE puts out some interesting and cutting edge reporting. They don't pander or put out BS, will def watch. Smart wall would be a stretch... there is plenty of open source info out there on the companys bidding and demonstrating their "walls" for that ultimate Gov contract.
That being said, nothing saying there isn't some angle that BVTK is pursing and needs something IHSI can offer for a border wall tech that we haven't really heard about.
Nonetheless, weird things afoot here. Only time will tell... some days I think I am holding the stinkiest of all pinkys here and other days I feel like I have the winning numbers to the lotto lol. IHSI.
