You can pay people with shares, which naturally dilutes the share price.

I wouldn’t say SGLB is actively trying to dilute share value, but they’re doing a decent job at it because this entire industry is dragging in terms of production.

(My opinion: SGLB will capture a large portion of the IPQA software market once the AM industry begins to gain momentum in production)

Fundraising activities tend to result in funding big bonuses. They need more shares to shell out to family and friends. They get the money when they ISSUE more shares, not when you buy on the market (unless you buy from them).

How is the company pocketing your money? When you buy the stock your money doesn't go to the company.
