It appears not, at least yet. I am assuming that any objection to the BK that was rendered today, the last day to do so, would appear on Pacer tomorrow? If not, then I guess it is a done deal? I wonder if that alone would spark some buying. I guess we shall see. I hope that ASFX does not decide to go public again and dilute to raise money. That is unless they have a business plan in a category that excites investors. So many possible scenarios here. I remain optimistic based on the buying that took us from 1-2 to this level, where we have shown holding strength.
