True - but owning the domain name and owning the web content / TM are two totally different issues. Angel could simply secure a new (similar) domain and be back up and running within hours. Hostage taking of domain names has long been left back in the 90's. The Bud Genius TM is the golden goose here - Angel dropped the ball on a very lucrative brand name. Someone with some real business savvy needs to pick it up and run with it in the right direction. I'm not sure cannabis testing is the most profitable direction right now - most growers have their own in house testing facility. I would go infused (Vodka/gum/candy etc.) with a BG Brand THC / weed - a specialty "Smart" weed / concoction and build out (i.e. license) from there.
