it's the same on every tier. manipulated, criminal. whether it's toxic financiers pump and dumping in otc or comex manipulation, a.i. algo's, high frequency, insider trading in the higher exchanages it's all the same. it is executed by the same entities on all levels too. CDEL is the king of otc. that's citadel. the "unofficial" market maker for the fed....
