Anyway, I would tend to agree that the stock can see a move up, but my reasoning is a bit different.
We are in a state of equilibrium right now. Sellers are reluctant to let go under $0.02, buyers won't pay $0.03. That makes the stock very sensitive to any kind of new information, be it good or bad.
Consequently, the stock is vulnerable to manipulation again. Should the ticker indeed be run by a group of inside front loaders, I would expect them to do it again. Why stop here? It doesn't take more than a good unaudited financial statement to move the stock several cents.
On the other hand, if the stock is run by a legitimate Chinese company, there is still a chance they release some news of material value that would also drive the pps north.
So, unless both frontloaders and company (whoever is in charge) plan to remain silent and just let interest fade out, there is a good chance for a bounce.
