I'm hoping not... I have always thought of the Odidis as a righteous couple - but if this were an over-reach on their part it would destroy them, the IPCI board of directors, and any one in the organization that colluded with such a venture... and any action taken would not be against IPCI but BY IPCI against all INDIVIDUALS involved.

IPCI would be the PLAINTIFF versus the Odidis - the Board of Directors - possibly CFO Patient and any other individuals found to be in collusion.

wimusky, I definitely never suggested that was the case...all I said is that if Dr. Odidi is in fact the founder, chairman and lead scientist of the Smart Pharma company in China...and has been since may 2017...then perhaps what wheels have now been set in motion is a manufacturing and distribution deal from those 2 china based companies to sell IPCI's generics in China...which would definitely benefit IPCI.

But we just don't know yet how much such an arrangement would benefit IPCI because foolishly IPCI continues to leave the market hanging instead of informing everyone on exactly what is going on.
