So far, it doesnt appear that the market believes this for some reason. Looks like a stellar prospect with a tenured team but no movement when the LPs continue to rachet north.
simple math, if your fixed expenses are say $4 million per year and you are selling 500,000 grams for 7.50 and a cost of 2.50, then yes you are losing $1.5 million per year. But with Rec market being 10x the med you increase your grams sold to 5,000,000 at $5 with a cost of $2.50 then you profit $12,500,000 less $4 million fixed cost and presto $8.5 mill profit
