Jeff, typo, you left off part of the number in the search criteria. Should be:

Go to the U.S. Patent Application Information Retrieval system to see the activity. Search for Publication Number US 20160184893 A1 and you can see what has transpired to date.

Jeff, as the engineer among us, are you able to offer any opinion about the list of references cited by examiner? Is there anything there that reveals or adds any color to the issues that the examiner may be grappling with, with the application?
