Ok so let's say he didn't green light that article I will give you that mopar. But there was definitely a contract executed over in China by Dr. Odidi as we all now know right...so why not immediately remove the uncertainty that article being released on twitter by a Nigerian author has caused right?
The longer we go with no material event reported by IPCI...the more it's starting to look like Dr. Odidi formed a distribution company in China last year that is a completely separate entity to IPCI and has no direct ties to IPCI the publicly traded entity right.
And if that's the case...then we may not get any news from IPCI unless and until Smart Pharmaceuticals Shanghai starts signing individual distribution agreements on their generics with Shanghai Pharma.
At this point we're all left with nothing but speculation...but that article you posted earlier translated from Chinese into English specifically states that it was Dr. Odidi himself who set up the China based manufacturing company called Smart Pharmaceuticals...and it states that it was formed in May 2017.
So right now it sure looks like Smart Pharmaceuticals has no direct ties to IPCI...and the only time it may be of benefit to IPCI is if/when the day ever comes that Shanghai Pharma begins selling any of IPCI's generics over in China.
All of the above just my own speculative musings based on the information we've been able to gather over these past couple of days.
