Not exactly sure about details. It was just some stuff that Joe mentioned last time we spoke. Toby screwed these guys by not disclosing some stuff. Not exactly sure what. But basically that is what their delays are. They are having to clean up the mess. Their top priority is to get SEC current. I have had no contact with the new guys yet. That's old info from Joe from a couple months ago.
