Well, my point is that the money from Montgomery was NOT a new deal. It was simply the completion of the original $500k back in December, 2005. ABEW only received $350k back then. The other $150k is supposed to be paid upon the transition to the OTCBB. The whole deal was spelled out in the original filing with the SEC. Nothing to get excited about IMO.
