Will they sort it out before they are declared non-reporting by the sec?

It used to be that you could get away with being delinquent 2-3 years before anything happened. Now it seems that 12-18 months triggers action, and there are some examples of even less than that. I would imagine that there will be less patience for a company that is already being scrutinized.
