This company is already acting like a big board stock. Auditors perform quarterly reviews along with annual audited financial statements and quarterly conference calls that you can actually call in on and ask questions. As well as having over $20 million annual net revenues. The company has stated they hope to obtain naturally wo reverse split, through M&A. It's their goal. Personally though if a 1:10 or 1:100 even were required to obtain NASDAQ quicker I would be ok w that.

You can correct me if I'm wrong,but I am thinking not saying, that it takes a PPS of $4.00 to upgrade to NASDAQ,a reverse split would completely destroy RXMD,I definitely don't want to see that happen,a FORWARD SPLIT IMO would be the way to go,a reverse could set PPS back to sub pennies
