I also contacted Black Stallion and received a prompt reply:

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a shareholder in Black Stallion Oil and Gas, Inc., and I recently received a letter from a Swiss company called Klausman Krieg. In the letter, this company indicated that they were interested in obtaining Black Stallion shares from private shareholders and I should contact them if I were interested in getting rid of some or all of my position.

I have yet to contact Klausman Krieg as I think it would be best to contact Black Stallion first. I'd like to know if you have heard of this company, Klausman Krieg, and whether it is safe to do business with them.

Their reply (within less than 30 minutes):

Other shareholders have informed the company about this letter.
The company has no information about Klausman Krieg, and find this to be
highly suspicious.
The company is awaiting approvals for reverse, and expect a positive
future, with Active Laboratories.

I know what I'll (not) be doing. ;-)
