The 40M share increases in the O/S and the restricted share counts cannot be ignored. Why does a company do such a thing? It's generally to complete an acquisition of some kind!
It's possible the deal is already done and it's being finalized before any more news is released to the market.
IMO we are on the cusp of a major validation that will move this PPS to much higher levels than previously seen.
With just 174.5M in the float and a lot of strong hands holding, this will move extremely quickly upon any validation whatsoever.
Good time to load, as it is my opinion that these cheap prices won't last much longer.
