Authorized shares are the amount of shares a company is allowed it issue but it doesn't mean they actually have issued these shares.

Outstanding is the amount of issued shares.

Float is the amount of the outstanding shares issued minus the restricted shares. Basically it is the amount of shares currently available to trade.

Leverage is margin - trading with borrowed money.

Not sure what your last question means. Is what the same as a limit order?
