QWhy??? This is an ideal stock to make money. Why would people not be buying?

It's a POS that has nearly zero chance of doing a damn thing. All one needs to do is try to find even a shred of evidence that NVC has ANY operations that are real or capable of bringing revenues or value...same goes for the outfit that allegedly has made up to $12m available. And what about the talk of pot related biz and, even more "trendy" crypto.....

So, they retired a mess of shares, and claim to have reduced debt? But have they? They could start diluting at any time, should they feel like it. Also, the old CEO is still around.....hmmmmmm
